Solution to wrong action of safety valve TVS402 of lubricating oil cooling water system
1. Close the failed cooling water inlet valve GV307, and then close the cooling water outlet valve GLV317;
2. Open the cooling water inlet valve GV308 of the standby cooler, and then open the cooling water outlet valve GLV318 of the standby cooler;
3. Open the cooling water exhaust valve GLV309 of the backup cooler to exhaust, and close GLV309 when the water is discharged;
4. Open the cooling water drain valve GLV310 of the standby cooler for draining, and close the GLV310 after draining is completed;
5. Open the cooler oil balance valve GO310;
6. Open the lubricating oil exhaust valve GLV316 of the backup cooler to exhaust, and close the GLV316 after the lubricating oil flows out of the shared sight glass;
7. Open the lubricating oil drain valve GLV306 of the backup cooler for draining, and close GLV306 after draining is completed;
8. Move the switch handle of the two-way three-way valve TWV-301 at the inlet and outlet of the cooler to make the working pointer point downward to the HE-101, and the switch valve handle upward;
9. Close the cooler oil balance valve GO310;
After completing the above steps, notify the maintenance personnel to perform maintenance on the safety valve TSV-402, so that the cooler has spare equipment.
