Acceptance assessment method for forging induction heating furnace

a. If the acceptance meets the standard, the warranty period will be calculated from the date when the standard is reached.

b. If the above evaluation indicators are not met, the seller will make rectifications within a limited time without conditions, not more than 3 times.

c. If the standard still cannot be met after the rectification, but it can still be used, the two parties negotiate to deduct the corresponding amount of the project cost as a concession acceptance condition.

d. The acceptance of the forging induction heating furnace shall not exceed three months at the Party A’s site at the latest. Both parties shall confirm and record the end of the load test.
