What are the production operating procedures for vacuum furnaces?

Start the vacuum furnace power supply, and set the control cabinet switch at the automatic control position. Input the parameters of the vacuum furnace process regulations into the computer. Then send the workpiece into the furnace with a loading trolley steadily, and close and lock the furnace door (cover) to ensure the seal. Choose the cooling medium, cooling method and pressure of the vacuum furnace according to the process requirements. Press the cycle start button, the device executes the program: vacuuming-heating-cooling is automatically completed. Remember to check whether the equipment’s various systems are operating normally at any time, and report any abnormalities to the shift in time. Before the furnace is released, the normal pressure in the furnace should be restored, and the furnace door (cover) should be opened after the indicator light is normal. When unloading, it should be operated carefully, and the workpiece and tooling should not collide with the furnace mouth.
