Introduction to the maintenance process of the furnace ring of the induction melting furnace
1. Remove the support bar on the furnace ring and change it to an angle steel support. After removing the furnace ring cement, use fire to bake the mica tape, glass ribbon, insulating paint, etc. on the original stainless steel tube and copper tube;
2. Soak the ring of the chowotcha kutentha with weak acid, especially the copper tube;
3. Use sandpaper to polish away the glass ribbon, mica, paint residue, etc. on the ring of the induction melting furnace;
4. Rinse with clean water to clean the surface of the furnace ring and the residual weak acid in the copper pipe;
5. After drying, pressure test the copper and stainless steel pipes, replace or repair the leaking water-cooled ring and furnace ring;
6. Brush the first insulating varnish;
7. Note that 5450-A mica must be used for the coated mica tape (temperature resistance 180 and good plasticity and durability);
8. Brush the varnish for the second time;
9. Wrap the glass ribbon on the ring of the induction melting furnace, which must be alkali-free glass ribbon, which is as strong as new after fire;
10. Brush the third paint (moisture-proof paint);
11. Replace the copper bolts on the new epoxy insulating strip;
12. Plastic and correct the furnace ring;
13. Tighten each bolt;
14. Spread refractory mortar on the ring of the induction melting furnace.
