Method for removing scale from chiller

Chemical cleaning method: Mainly use cleaning fluid to clean, first clean with acid solution, then neutralize and clean with alkali solution, and finally rinse with clean water to rinse off acid and alkali solutions.

1. The cleaning liquid can be added to the cooling water system in a certain proportion, and the cooling pump is turned on for 12-24 hours. The sediment layer is continuously dissolved and peeled off by the chemical action and scouring action of the cleaning liquid. However, this method requires a lot of cleaning potions, and the cost is high.

2. A circulating pump and pipeline can be connected between the cleaning liquid storage tank and the condenser to form a closed loop, so that the cleaning liquid can be continuously circulated for 12-24 hours to dissolve and fall off the sediment.

3. Mix the cleaning liquid according to a certain ratio, add it to the condenser and let it stand for 5-10 hours to soften and dissolve the sediment, drain the cleaning liquid, and rinse with clear water.
