The following briefly describes the installation method and process of high-frequency quenching equipment:
1. The power supply is connected to the main contactor from the bottom of the operation unit of the oscillating cabinet. After the thyristor is input, it is connected to the input of the transformer. The incoming line does not need the zero line, but if the machine tool used requires the zero line, it can be connected to the zero line. There is a screw in the lower part of the back of the oscillating cabinet which is the grounding terminal, which must be connected with the grounding screw of the protective net of the transformer. At the same time, it must be connected to the ground or to the frame ground of the workshop.
2. The high-voltage wiring adopts 30-angle steel bent into a U-shape, which is about 300mm high from the top of the cabinet, and is connected to the porcelain cup screw rod of the transformer and the porcelain cup screw rod of the oscillation cabinet.
3. If equipped with a quenching machine tool, there will be a heating control line connected to the high-frequency cabinet. There are 36 and 42 terminals above the high-frequency water pressure relay. You only need to connect the heating switch signal to these two ends. , But at the same time, remove the self-protection end of the heating contactor, that is, disconnect one of the self-protection points 42 and 36 of KM4.
4. The water access of the power supply of automatic high-frequency quenching equipment can refer to the arrow indication on the high-frequency base. After connection, it can be considered to check whether the flow direction of the pipeline is correct. When using the sensor to spray water for quenching, the sensor’s water is connected to the water spray valve of the machine tool. Frequent water outlets.
5. The water connections of the power supply of the automatic high frequency quenching equipment are all tied up with stainless steel pipes or 2.5mm copper wires. Metals with good magnetic conductivity (such as iron wires and iron pipes) are not used for tightening.
