The power frequency sensor can be designed as single-phase, two-phase and three-phase. The heating effect of the single-phase power frequency inductor is better, and the electromagnetic force of the three-phase power frequency inductor is larger, and sometimes the blank is pushed out of the inductor. If the single-phase power frequency sensor requires a large amount of power, a three-phase balancer needs to be added to the power supply system to balance the load of the three-phase power supply. The three-phase power frequency sensor can be connected to the three-phase power supply, and the load of the three-phase power supply cannot be completely balanced, and the three-phase power supply voltage provided by the factory production workshop is not the same. When designing a power frequency inductor, the choice of single-phase or three-phase should be determined according to the size of the blank, the type of induction heating furnace used, the heating temperature and the productivity.
