Precautions for maintenance of 1200 degree box-type experimental furnace

1. In order not to affect the service life of the electric furnace, we recommend that the heating rate and cooling rate be 10-20°C/min. (Too fast heating will shorten the life of the heating element)

2. This box-type experimental furnace does not use a vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases are not allowed to pass.

3. After the box-type experimental furnace is used for a period of time, there will be tiny cracks in the furnace. This is a normal phenomenon and will not affect the use. At the same time, it can be repaired with alumina coating.

4. It is not recommended to pass in corrosive gas. If you want to pass in strong corrosive gas such as S, Na, etc., please inform in advance, and we will carry out special treatment on the furnace.

5. The high temperature solution cannot be leaked to the bottom of the furnace, and the avoiding scheme can be isolated by a backing plate or alumina powder.

6. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-humid place.
