How to adjust the overcurrent of the induction melting furnace?

1. Slowly start the power supply of the induction melting furnace to make the current reach the rated value, and adjust to the current device W8 to activate the overcurrent protection.

2. Release the current-limiting potentiometer Ws, and turn the over-current potentiometer W7 counterclockwise two to three times.

3. The power supply for starting the induction melting furnace is that the current reaches 1.2 times the rated current, and it is adjusted to the flow device W7 to activate the overcurrent protection.

4. The over-current indicator is on. Repeat this debugging one or two times to verify that the over-current value is indeed about 1.2 times the rated current.
