(1) Furnace temperature uniformity: According to the furnace type and working area size, first determine the number and position of temperature measuring points, then fix the thermocouple firmly on the temperature measuring rack and mark it, and use the compensation wire to mark the thermocouple according to The serial numbers are respectively connected to the temperature inspection instrument. The temperature measurement rack is generally put into the furnace at room temperature. After the power is turned on and the temperature reaches the test temperature, the temperature of each detection point should be checked in advance after a suitable heat preservation period. After judging the stability and confirming that the furnace has reached a thermally stable state, measure the temperature of each detection point to calculate the furnace temperature uniformity.
(2) Furnace temperature stability: The detection process is similar to the furnace temperature uniformity detection process. The temperature measured at the temperature control point during the furnace temperature uniformity detection process is used to calculate the furnace temperature stability.
(3) Surface temperature rise: When the heat treatment furnace is in a stable thermal state at the highest operating temperature, use a surface thermometer or other temperature measuring device that can give reliable readings to first measure the surface temperature of the resistance furnace, and then subtract the measurement environment The temperature is the surface temperature rise.
