Super audio induction heating power supply boot and use operation

1. Choose and install a suitable induction coil according to the heated workpiece.

2. Connect the cooling water, check the flow rate and pressure of the water, and ensure that the flow rate and pressure of the water meet the requirements of Table 2.

3. Turn on the power, the 16KW model is single-phase 220V 50-60HZ, and the other models are three-phase 380V 50-60HZ.

4. When the charging indication of the DC voltmeter reaches about 500V, press the control power switch on the front panel of the device to turn on the control power.

5. Put the workpiece into the induction loop, step on the foot switch, and turn on the heating power.

6. Adjust the power adjustment knob to make the heating temperature and speed meet the technological requirements.

7. Turn off the foot switch after heating, and take out the workpiece.

8. After all the work is completed, stop the heating operation, turn off the power switch on the front panel of the host, and turn off the air switch on the switchboard.

9. Turn off the cooling water after 10 minutes.
