The principle of the rapid ejection mechanism of the lining of the induction melting furnace

The induction melting furnace lining ejector mechanism is used to quickly remove the waste lining. It is composed of a jacking block, a jacking cylinder and an operating mechanism. The jacking block is installed under the furnace lining and can be connected to the jacking cylinder through the jacking hole at the bottom of the furnace body. When the old furnace lining needs to be pushed out, the furnace body can be tilted 95. Connect the jacking mechanism to the fixed parts of the furnace bottom, and operate the handle on the furnace table to push out the old furnace lining. The use of this mechanism can not only reduce the labor intensity of workers during operation, reduce the shutdown time, reduce the degree of damage to the induction coil when the furnace lining is removed, but also reduce the harmful pollution of noise and dust to a minimum, as shown in Figure 2-37.
