Classification and characteristics of mica paper
Classification and characteristics of mica paper
At present, there are three types of mica paper on the market: natural muscovite paper, natural phlogopite paper, and synthetic fluorophlogopite paper.
The three kinds of mica paper have a small amount of material decomposition below 500 ℃, and the weight loss rate is below 1%; when the natural muscovite paper is heated to 550 ℃ or more, the natural phlogopite mica paper has a large amount of structural water when heated to 850 ℃ or more. When the synthetic fluorophlogopite mica paper is decomposed and heated to above 1050°C, a large amount of fluoride ions are also released. After a large number of substances are decomposed, their flame retardancy and pressure resistance drop sharply. Therefore, the maximum use temperature of natural muscovite paper is 550°C, the maximum use temperature of natural phlogopite paper is 850°C, and Taicheng fluorphlogopite The maximum operating temperature of paper is 1 050°C.
