Introduction to the four classifications of litene refractory
Refractory bricks can be divided into four types according to their appearance: standard type, ordinary type, heterosexual and specific.
(1) Standard refractory bricks are generally the most commonly used with T size and only three sizes, such as T-2 T-3 T-4 T-5, etc.: shapes and sizes are 230×114×65, 230×114×75 , 250×123×65, 250×123X75 (mm), etc.
(2) Ordinary refractory bricks: All finished products with a unit weight of 2~8 kg, no more than four measuring scales, and a ratio of outer dimensions in the range of 1:4, without recessed corners, holes or grooves. For example: knife-edge bricks, axe bricks, fan-shaped bricks, etc.
(3) Special-shaped refractory bricks: where the unit weight of the finished product is from 2 to 15 kg, the ratio of its external dimensions is within 1:6, and it has no more than two concave angles; or it has an acute angle of 50 to 75°; or Products with no more than 4 grooves.
(4) Specific refractory bricks: where the unit weight of the finished product is from 1.5 to 30 kilograms, the proportion of its external dimensions is within the range of 1:8, and it has no more than four concave angles; or has an acute angle of 50 to 30°; or Products with no more than 8 grooves.
