What should be paid attention to when installing the sliding nozzle

The sliding nozzle includes: the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle, the installation steps are as follows:

Sheung Shui Port Installation:

1. For a new bag or a new seat brick, when installing the upper nozzle, you must first clean up the mud and debris in the hole of the seat brick, try to install the selected (baked) upper nozzle, and then install it according to the seat brick The size of the gap between the nozzle and the nozzle, smear an appropriate amount of mud on the outer periphery of the nozzle (the positioning section cannot be muddy), put the nozzle into the nozzle hole of the base, and hit it into place with a wooden hammer.

Notes when installing:

(1) Ensure that the bottom end surface of the upper nozzle is parallel to the bottom surface of the base slide plate groove, and the height above this surface should not be greater than 2mm.

(2) If it is a ladle that is normally used in continuous online turnover, if it is found that the upper nozzle has been corroded and damaged during inspection, it must be replaced with a new one. When replacing, remove the old upper nozzle first, then clean the residual steel slag in the brick hole with an oxygen blower, and then install the new upper nozzle according to the steps.

(3) During the inspection, if there is serious erosion of the seat brick hole and the gap between the upper nozzle and the seat brick hole is large, mud should be used to repair the seat brick hole. Round, and then follow the steps to install a new water inlet.

2. Install the water inlet, use gas fire to bake the mud, and wait for the mud to dry before proceeding to the next operation.

Sewage installation:

Put the small nozzle into the small nozzle sleeve, put 6mm thick mud on the small nozzle female port, screw it into the horizontal end nozzle sleeve forcefully, put on the special tool and tap it tightly. Shake the small nozzle to check that the small nozzle should not move or skewed.

After installing the small nozzle, hang the guard plate, start the hydraulic cylinder, open the nozzle, clean the mud in the nozzle hole, connect the gas cooling spring system, and close the nozzle for use.
