Selection of Induction Heating Furnace’s Inductor Calculation Method

Due to the different structure of the inductor, the inductor used in the tungku pemanasan tungku is not equipped with a permeable magnet (the large-capacity intermediate frequency induction heating furnace is equipped with a permeable magnet), while the inductors used in a power frequency induction heating furnace are equipped with a permeable magnet. Therefore, in the design and calculation of the inductor, it is considered that the inductor without a permeable magnet adopts the inductance calculation method, and the inductor with a permeable magnet adopts the magnetic circuit calculation method, and the calculation result is more accurate.
