Advantages of using porous checker bricks in hot blast stove
The advantages of using perforated checker bricks for hot blast stoves: modern blast furnaces use regenerative hot blast stoves, which are a huge blast furnace blast heating facility made up of checkered bricks. As a carrier of high temperature heat, checker bricks work on the principle of linear combustion of coal gas, heating the checker bricks in the regenerator with the generated high-temperature flue gas, and then passing cold air through the hot checker bricks to be heated. The hot blast stove is burned and blown alternately, so that the blast furnace can get hot air continuously. Therefore, improving the heat transfer efficiency of the hot blast stove is of great significance to increasing the blast temperature.
