What are the precautions for turning on and off the metal melting furnace?
1. Check before starting the metal melting furnace:
Check the waterway and circuit every time before starting the machine. Confirm that all water pipes are unblocked and check the circuit for any abnormalities such as loose screws.
Second, the method of starting the metal melting furnace:
Turn on the power supply of the intermediate frequency power cabinet. Press the “control power on button”, the control power indicator light is on, close the main circuit switch, the fault indicator light goes out, and the DC voltmeter should display negative voltage. Then slowly turn the power given potentiometer to a larger value while observing the electric meter, the DC voltmeter indicates an increase.
1. When the DC voltage crosses zero, the three meters of intermediate frequency voltage, DC voltage, and active power increase at the same time, and an intermediate frequency sound is heard to indicate a successful start. The power can be increased to the required power for the positioner.
2. When the DC voltage crosses zero, the three meters of intermediate frequency voltage, DC current, and active power do not rise at the same time and no normal intermediate frequency sound can be heard, which indicates that the start is unsuccessful, and the power potentiometer should be turned to the minimum and restarted.
3. Reset the metal melting furnace:
If over-current or over-voltage occurs during the operation of the equipment, the fault indicator on the door panel will be on. The potentiometer should be turned to the minimum, press the “reset button” the fault indicator light is on, then press the “main circuit close button”, and then restart.
Fourth, the method of shutting down the metal melting furnace:
Turn the potentiometer to the minimum, press “Main circuit open” and then separate the main circuit switch, and then press “Control power off”. If the equipment is no longer in use, the power supply of the intermediate frequency power cabinet should be cut off.
