What is after the filter dryer? It is a throttling and pressure reducing device, that is, an expansion valve. It can be seen that the position of the reservoir in the chiller is very subtle.

The liquid receiver must be after the condenser, which is a component that turns gas refrigerant into liquid refrigerant. After passing through the condenser, the refrigerant received by the liquid tank is liquid. The liquid refrigerant passes through the accumulator. After the barrel flow is adjusted, it is dried and filtered through a filter drier, then throttled and reduced by a thermal expansion valve, and finally passed through an evaporator to complete the final cold and heat exchange work and complete the refrigeration work.

First of all, the liquid storage tank can adjust the amount of refrigerant in the refrigeration system. This is the most important thing. The most basic function of the liquid storage tank is to ensure that the liquid storage capacity meets the actual requirements of the refrigeration system, thereby balancing the amount of refrigerant in the refrigeration system and ensuring the normal operation of the chiller.

Secondly, there is not only one kind of liquid storage tank. According to the actual needs of the chiller, different types of liquid storage tanks should be used together. Of course, the liquid storage tank is closely related to the specific needs of the chiller host.
