What are the precautions for the use of high-temperature vacuum atmosphere lifting furnace?
What are the precautions for the use of high-temperature vacuum atmosphere lifting furnace?
1. When the vacuum atmosphere lifting furnace is out of service for a long time, it must be baked when it is used again.
2. The vacuum atmosphere lifting furnace and controller must be placed on the flat floor or workbench in the room. The controller should avoid vibration, and its location should not be too close to the vacuum atmosphere lifting furnace to prevent overheating and causing the electronic parts to fail to work properly.
3. When the vacuum atmosphere lifting furnace is used at normal power, the temperature rises to about 800℃, and the power of the electric furnace can be increased appropriately. After reaching the required temperature, it can be adjusted to the standard power, and it cannot be used for a long time.
4. Insert the electric furnace thermocouple into the vacuum atmosphere lifting furnace, and the gap must be filled with asbestos rope.
5. A grounding wire must be installed.
6. Pay attention to the opening structure of the furnace door, and be careful when loading and unloading materials to avoid damaging the silicon carbide rods.
7. Always keep the working room clean and remove the oxides in the working room in time.
8. Pay attention to the fastening of the silicon carbide rod and the carbon rod clip, and regularly check the contact of the line card and the tightness of the screws.
9. The oxidation reaction of air and carbon dioxide to the silicon carbide rods at high temperatures is mainly manifested in increasing the resistance of the silicon carbide rods.
10. Alkaline substances, such as alkalis, alkaline earths, heavy metal oxides, and low-melting silicates, can oxidize silicon carbide rods at high temperatures.
- It is forbidden to pull out or insert the thermocouple of the electric furnace suddenly at high temperature to prevent the outer tube from bursting.
