2. Improve the use temperature and metal quality. Due to the application of high-quality special mixed powder, the refractoriness and load softening temperature are improved, the use temperature can be increased by 50-100 ℃, and it is lazy. Below 1700 ℃, it does not react with the molten metal, and the loss of metal elements is small. The quality of molten metal is stable.

3. Good slag resistance and corrosion resistance. Acidic and alkaline molten slag does not react with the furnace lining, its slag resistance is good, the corrosion resistance is superior, and the erosion rate is only 1/3 of the quartz furnace charge.

4. It is customary to have a wide scale and coreless induction furnaces of various capacities. There are many types of smelting, and it is used to smelt all kinds of pig iron, carbon steel, especially gray cast iron, ductile iron and other alloy irons.

5. High use efficiency, greatly extending the service life, the furnace age is 2-3 times that of ordinary quartz lining. It can greatly reduce the number of constructions, reduce manpower, material resources, materials, power, capital consumption and direct production costs, and have higher social and economic benefits.
