PTFE special-shaped parts

PTFE special-shaped parts are made of high-quality PTFE resin molded into blanks according to product specifications, and then processed by turning, milling, and finishing.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE/TEFLON) is the most widely used and largest variety of fluoroplastics. It has excellent comprehensive properties: high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, non-adhesion, high insulation, high lubrication, and non-toxicity. . It is widely used in the fields of chemicals, machinery, bridges, electric power, aviation, electronics, etc. It is one of the most ideal engineering materials in modern industrial civilization.

Heat resistance: Has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures. Generally, it can be used continuously between -180℃~260℃, has remarkable thermal stability, can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement, and does not melt under high temperature.

Corrosion resistance: hardly any chemical and solvent corrosion, can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.

Atmospheric aging resistance: The surface and performance remain unchanged after long-term exposure to the atmosphere.

Non-sticky: It has the smallest surface tension among solid materials and does not adhere to any substance.

Insulation: It has strong dielectric properties (dielectric strength is 10kv/mm).

Lubrication, wear resistance: Has a low coefficient of friction. The friction coefficient changes when the load is sliding, but the value is only between 0.04 and 0.15. It is precisely because of its strong lubricity that it is also outstanding in wear resistance.

Toxicity: Physiologically inert.

PTFE special-shaped parts are suitable for the temperature of -180℃~+260℃, and can be used as electrical insulation materials and linings in contact with corrosive media, supporting sliders, rail seals and lubricating materials. It is widely used in chemical, mechanical seal, bridge, electric power, aviation, electronic and electrical fields.
