How to choose the quenching speed when using CNC quenching machine tool for quenching heat treatment?

The working speed, for general CNC quenching machine tools, generally adopts stepless speed regulation, and 1-50mm/s can meet the technical requirements of common workpieces. This is because the height of the effective circle of the scanning quenching sensor generally does not exceed 50mm (the height of the effective circle is too high, resulting in a widening of the transition zone), and the scanning heating time (the period from the particle entering the sensor to leaving the sensor) generally does not exceed 10s.

Calculated by v=H/t, t=1-10s. H=50, v=50-5mm/s

If the effective ring height is changed to 10mm, t=1-10s, v=10-1mm/s

Therefore, a working speed of 1-50mm/s is sufficient for common workpieces.
