According to the furnace type and the size of the working area, first determine the number and location of the temperature measurement points, then firmly fix the thermocouple on the temperature measurement frame and mark it, and use the compensation wire to connect the thermocouple to the temperature inspection instrument according to the mark serial number. Above, the temperature measuring rack is generally put into the furnace at room temperature. After the power is turned on and the temperature reaches the test temperature, the temperature of each detection point should be checked in advance after a proper heat preservation period. After the judgment is stable, it is confirmed that the furnace has reached thermal stability. After the state, measure the temperature of each detection point to calculate the furnace temperature uniformity.
