How to install thyristors for induction melting furnaces?

When installing the thyristor of the induction melting furnace, keep the silicon element table and the radiator table completely parallel and concentric. During installation, pressure is required to be applied through the centerline of the element so that the pressure is evenly distributed over the entire contact area. When installing manually, it is recommended to use a torque wrench, alternately and evenly apply force to the tightening nut, and the pressure should meet the specified requirements.
