Aluminum rod induction heating furnace
Aluminum rod induction heating furnace is an induction heating device for heating aluminum rods. Due to the non-magnetic properties of aluminum rods, when using induction furnaces to heat aluminum rods, the heating efficiency according to the conventional induction furnace design is low or even unable to be heated. Combining nearly 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of induction furnaces, our company has its own unique designs on induction coils, current output, reactor and capacitor configuration, ensuring the heating efficiency, heating temperature and heating cycle of the aluminum rod induction heating furnace.
Basic configuration and parameters of aluminum rod induction heating furnace.
1. Heating material: alloy aluminum
2. Aluminum rod specifications: diameter 65mm, length 350mm
3. Heating temperature: 450~480℃
4. Heating cycle: 8~10 seconds/piece
5. Aluminum rod induction heating furnace model: KGPS-500kW/2.0kHz
6. The heating is stable during normal operation, and the temperature fluctuation between each section of the material is within ±15℃; axial and radial (core table) ≤20℃
7. The pressure of the cooling water supply system is greater than 0.5MPa (normal water pressure is greater than 0.4MPa), and the high temperature is 60°C. The corresponding hose pressure and interface also need to be increased to safety standards in proportion.
