Heat loss in the melting process of induction melting furnace
The heat loss in the melting process of the انڈکشن پگھلنے بھٹی includes three parts: heat transfer from the furnace body, heat radiation from the top of the furnace, and heat taken away by the cooling water. The heating caused by the resistance of the induction coil of the electric furnace (approximately 20-30% of the rated power of the electric furnace) and the continuous transfer of heat from the metal solution to the induction coil are carried away by the cooling water. When the working temperature is lowered by 10℃, the resistance of the induction coil will decrease by 4%, that is, the power consumption of the induction coil will be reduced by 4%. Therefore, it is very important to control the working temperature of the induction coil (that is, the temperature of the cooling circulating water). The suitable working temperature should be lower than 65℃, and the water flow speed should be lower than 4m/S.
