Fast spheroidizing annealing process for induction heating furnace

The ukufudumeza iziko rapid spheroidizing annealing process is a combined spheroidizing process that is completed by the induction heating furnace austenitizing and the spheroidizing preparation stage, and the spheroidizing stage is completed by traditional heating. Give full play to the characteristics of the two heating methods and combine to form a new rapid spheroidizing annealing process.

Utilizing the characteristics of the rapid temperature rise of the induction heating furnace for austenitization, the fine austenite initial crystals are obtained, which creates the prerequisites for the subsequent cooling to obtain fine grains. According to the different cooling conditions of austenitizing, different spheroidizing preliminary structures are obtained. Different spheroidizing preparation tissues are spheroidized and annealed using traditional heating methods to finally obtain spheroidizing tissues.

According to the different cooling conditions of austenitizing, the spheroidizing preparation structure is divided into the following three types:

(1) The spheroidized preparatory structure formed by air cooling (normalizing) is pearlite.

(2) The spheroidization preparation structure formed by water cooling (quenching) is martensite + retained austenite.

(3) The spheroidized preparatory structure formed by water cooling (repeated heating and quenching above 400°C) is sorbite.
