The difference between induction heating furnace, resistance furnace and oil furnace
Umehluko phakathi isithando sokushisa sangaphakathi, resistance furnace and oil furnace
Low environmental heat loss during the heating process of induction heating furnace Environmental heat loss refers to the heat lost from the heat source to the surrounding environment in the form of convection, conduction, radiation and latent heat during the heating process. Specifically, it includes heat loss, radiation heat loss, heat storage loss and exhaust heat loss. Compared with the resistance heating furnace, the induction heating furnace is similar to the resistance furnace heat treatment in terms of heat loss and escape heat loss (heat taken away by the furnace gas and cooling water) during rapid heat treatment. However, it is much smaller than resistance furnace heat treatment in terms of heat storage loss and radiation heat loss. The main difference is that the volume and weight ratio of the inductor used in the induction heating furnace and the refractory material of the resistance furnace lining is too large, and the difference between the two is nearly a hundred times. Table 11-14 shows the comparison of the internal surface area of the heat treatment furnace with different heating methods and the weight of the refractory material. The data in Table 11-14 shows that the use of a large amount of refractory materials in the masonry furnace body in resistance furnaces and oil-fired furnaces is the source of a large amount of heat storage loss. Nearly 30% of the heat is lost in heating refractory materials, while induction heating furnacesThe number of refractory materials used is small. In short, the environmental heat loss of induction heating furnace is small, which is beneficial to improve thermal efficiency and reduce unit energy consumption. The main heat loss in the induction heating furnace is the heat taken away by the cooling water, which accounts for 10% to 15%.
