Very practical sensor manufacturing process

1. The furnace body cooling water pipe of the induction heating furnace is connected by quick-change joints, and the various valves used in the system are stainless steel valves or copper valves;

2. The connection between the furnace body inductor of the induction heating furnace and the capacitor cabinet busbar is bolted, and the connection is firm and reliable;

3. The front and back end plates of the induction heating furnace are made of 8mm thick copper plates and must be cooled by water; the other external wall plates of the inductor are made of epoxy resin, and the thickness is not less than 10mm;

4. The sensor is made of T2 oxygen-free cold drawn copper tube, and after winding, it must go through processing procedures such as pickling, mica tape and glass fiber tape wrapping, and dipping to ensure good insulation and withstand voltage (to ground) above 5000V;

5. The normal service life of the furnace body inductor of the induction heating furnace is more than 8 years;

6. The cooling water of the furnace body inductor of the induction heating furnace adopts open return water.
