The vacuum box furnace has good sealing performance and is suitable for high-concentration atmosphere protection experiments and vacuum experiments. The furnace has an air-cooled design. When the furnace needs to be cooled quickly, a blower can be connected to the air inlet on the back of the furnace to reduce the temperature of the furnace body. The furnace port is designed with a water cooling device, equipped with a double-head valved air inlet, protective cover, gas flow meter, silicone tube, single-head valved air outlet, protective cover, and vacuum pressure gauge. When using, it is necessary to connect the cold liquid in the low temperature tank provided by the user to the cooling device (water cooling method can also be used when the temperature is not high). This vacuum box furnace also has the characteristics of a faster cooling speed than ordinary box furnaces, which is beneficial to a wider range of programmable controllers; when the atmosphere protection experiment is equipped with a vacuum pump, the air in the furnace is first extracted and then filled with inert gas; It is recommended to use a vacuum tube furnace when doing high-temperature experiments with high vacuum.

vacuum box furnace has the characteristics of good airtightness, equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge, a double-head valve inlet pipe, a single-head valve outlet pipe, a safety cover, and a silicone tube.
It can be used for higher concentration high temperature atmosphere protection experiments. The furnace mouth is equipped with a cooling device, and it must be connected with refrigerant when in use.
Put the sample in the box, put the door plug, close the door, equipped with a vacuum pump, and extract air from the furnace (connect the air inlet pipe if you need atmosphere protection, and fill it with inert gas), if there is no vacuum pump that needs nitrogen protection, connect the air inlet pipe , Fill in nitrogen, slightly release the front air outlet valve, keep air in the air while air; the cooling pipe of the furnace mouth is connected to the cold liquid of the low temperature thermostat (water cooling can also be used when the temperature is not high). Set the required temperature program on the operation panel, and the furnace will heat up.
At the end of the experiment, it is necessary to ensure that the furnace temperature falls within a safe range below 100 degrees, and the furnace door can be opened after opening the gas valve.
Four. Precautions
A. The interface of the cooling device should be connected to the coolant before heating;
B. It is suitable for heating in the atmosphere protection or vacuum state;
C. It is strictly forbidden to heat up in the non-atmosphere protection and non-vacuum state or putting objects with gas expansion into it.
D Instrument The shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
E The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated room, and no flammable and explosive materials should be placed around it.
F This instrument has no explosion-proof device, and no flammable and explosive materials can be put into it.
G Turn off the instrument fifteen minutes after the instrument is finished working (to facilitate the heat dissipation of the instrument)
H. After the furnace is used, wait until the furnace temperature drops to at least 100 degrees, open the valve and release the air before opening the furnace door, otherwise there will be safety Hidden dangers, even personal injuries.
Note: The furnace block at the door must be blocked before the door can be closed and the temperature can be raised.
