1. After opening the package, check whether the high-temperature muffle furnace is intact and whether it has all the accessories. The control device should be prevented from shaking, and the location should not be too close to the electric furnace, so as to avoid the internal components from being unable to work normally due to overheating.

2. Insert the thermocouple into the furnace of the high-temperature muffle furnace 20-50mm, and fill the hole between the hole and the thermocouple with asbestos rope. Connect the thermocouple to the reimbursement wire for the choke (or use insulated steel core wire), pay attention to the positive and negative poles, and do not reverse the connection.

3. An additional power switch should be installed at the lead-in of the power cord to control the main power supply. In order to ensure safe operation, the electric furnace and the controller must be reliably grounded.

4. Before use, adjust the high-temperature muffle furnace thermometer to the zero point. When using the reimbursement wire and cold end reimbursement device, the mechanical zero point should be adjusted to the reference temperature point of the cold end reimbursement device. When the reimbursement wire is not used , The mechanical zero point is adjusted to the zero scale position, but the specified temperature is the temperature difference between the survey point and the cold junction of the thermocouple.

5. After checking the wiring and clearly admitting that there is no error, cover the casing of the controller. Adjust the setting pointer of the muffle furnace temperature indicator to the required office temperature, and then turn on the power. Turn on the power switch, at this time, the temperature indicator will light up the green signal light on the meter, and the electric furnace will be energized, and the current will be revealed on the ampere meter. As the temperature inside the electric furnace rises, the temperature instructs the indicator pointer to gradually rise. This phenomenon indicates that the system is working normally. The heating and constant temperature of the high-temperature muffle furnace are distinguished by the red and green signal lights of the temperature indicator. The green signal light expresses the temperature increase, and the red light expresses the constant temperature.
