When the castable is used in the heating furnace, what are the characteristics of the lining structure and what is the difference in the anchorage structure?

When the side wall of the heating furnace is lined with plastic, the anchors are placed one by one along with the construction process. When using castables, the anchors of the side wall are all installed before the construction. The anchor structure used on the side wall should meet the following three points:

(1) Have sufficient cantilever support strength before construction;

(2) Have sufficient stability and firmness during construction;

(3) It has a certain degree of flexibility during high temperature use.

When using castables on the top of the heating furnace, anchor bricks should be buried, and the anchor bricks should be hung on the steel frame structure, so that the self-weight of the refractory material on the top of the furnace can be supported by the right anchor bricks.

Anchor bricks are also embedded in the castable of the heating furnace wall, and the anchor bricks are connected with the steel anchors fixed on the steel shell.
