Furnace Cement

Furnace mortar is a coating material used on the inner surface of the coreless inductor furnace ring. It has the characteristics of high strength, high density, high insulation, etc. It is a corundum mortar specially designed to protect the ring of a coreless induction electric furnace. Furnace rim mortar has good viscosity and is very convenient to apply. The smooth surface formed on the furnace ring can cushion the expansion and contraction of the working lining. In addition, the ring mud can effectively prevent the leakage of molten metal and protect the ring from the breakdown of molten metal.
