1. The material of electric heating wire and electric furnace wire is not good:

The heating wire is made of medium and low temperature materials (for example, 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr23Al5, 1Cr13Al4, etc.), as well as high temperature materials (0Cr21Al6Nb, 0Cr27Al7Mo2, HRE, KANTHAL, etc.). The medium and low temperature materials should not be used in high temperature environments. The heating wire is easy to burn and melt;

The heating wire has low nickel content (Cr25Ni20, Cr20Ni35, etc.) and high nickel content (Cr20Ni80, Cr30Ni70, etc.). The higher the nickel content, the better the oxidation resistance. Therefore, you must not use nickel. Low-volume use in an environment with high nickel content, so that the electric furnace wire is also easy to break;

2. The surface power of electric heating wire and electric furnace wire is too high:

Generally, the design surface power of heating wire and electric furnace wire is different for different use environments and different working conditions. The surface power of heating wire material is higher than that of domestic ones, so remember not to design the surface power too high.

3. The furnace must have a temperature control system:

Some customers do not accurately grasp the temperature of the furnace hearth by feeling and experience in the process of using the electric furnace wire. Therefore, it is also very likely that the service life of the electric furnace wire is not long.
