Workpiece parameters and process requirements of manganese brass ingot induction heating equipment

1. Parameters of heating workpiece:

1) φ120mm (outer diameter) × (230~400) mm (length)

2) φ170mm (outer diameter) × (350~450) mm (length)

Ingot heating temperature range: 600℃-980℃

Among them: copper-chromium-zirconium, copper-chromium alloy ingot temperature 900℃-960℃

Manganese brass out ingot temperature 620℃-750℃

Aluminum bronze ingot temperature 820℃- 900℃

Control accuracy of ingot temperature measuring instrument: ± 1℃

Temperature control accuracy of ingot discharge:

1) The temperature deviation of the same ingot:

(Measure the surface temperature by directly contacting the thermometer; use the axial drilling method to measure the core temperature)

a) Ingot core surface temperature difference ≤10℃

b) The axial temperature difference of the ingot ≤10 ℃

2) The temperature deviation of the same batch of billets is ≤10℃
