What to do if the silicon carbide rod of the heating element of the high temperature electric furnace is damaged

After discovering that the silicon carbide rods of the high-temperature electric furnace are damaged, new silicon carbide rods with the opposite specifications and similar resistance values should be replaced to improve the average temperature in the furnace. The furnace temperature should not exceed the high task temperature of 1350℃, and the heating current still cannot rise. If the chuck is severely oxidized, it should be replaced with a new one, and care must be taken when installing it.
