Super audio frequency induction heating power supply requirements and wiring

Voltage: The range of input voltage is: 16KW single phase: 180—240V

26KW, 50KW, 80KW, 120KW, 160KW three-phase four-wire system: 320—420V

Don’t connect it wrong, so as not to cause damage to the equipment. When the grid voltage is out of range, please don’t start the machine.

Wire: This series of products belong to high-power equipment. The user should ensure sufficient wire diameter and reliable wiring when using it to avoid serious heat generation at the connection point due to large contact resistance. Please refer to the table below to select the specifications of the power cord.

The withstand voltage of the power cord is 500V, copper core wire.

The equipment must be grounded reliably as required! For units with three-phase four-wire power supply, it must be connected to zero reliably. It is strictly forbidden to connect the ground wire to the water pipe.

The wiring must be installed by professionals in accordance with the national wiring rules, and the final stage of the power supply must be equipped with a corresponding air switch.

The power supply must be cut off when the equipment is not in use.
