The electrical part of the complete set of equipment includes an intermediate frequency power supply control cabinet, a temperature closed-loop control system, an external control console, a reactive power compensation capacitor bank, etc.
The intermediate frequency power supply is a thyristor variable frequency device, the input voltage is 380V , 50Hz , and the output power
350KW , the power can be adjusted steplessly, and the output frequency is 0.2KHz . The color of the cabinet body is determined according to the user’s requirements, and the external dimension is 2500 × 1000 × 1300mm , as shown in the figure above.
The intermediate frequency control system is fully digital and has no relay control. Unique sweep frequency start mode, with 100% start-up success performance.

, The main control board of the intermediate frequency power supply is designed with a temperature closed-loop control interface. The temperature control instrument selects the Japanese conductive SR93 with a PID adjustment instrument, and the far-infrared optical fiber thermometer selects the German Optris CT series thermometer to measure the temperature -40-900 ℃. First, set the heating temperature on the temperature control instrument. After the power is turned on, the thermometer measures the heating temperature in real time and feeds it back to the temperature control instrument. The temperature control instrument compares the measured temperature with the set heating temperature and outputs an analog signal to the intermediate frequency main control board. , The main control board automatically adjusts the trigger angle of the thyristor according to the level of the signal, so that the output power of the power supply can be adjusted following the level of the analog signal to achieve the purpose of temperature closed-loop control. Since the temperature measurement system adopts an imported special thermometer for aluminum measurement, the temperature measurement is accurate. Optical fiber signal transmission ensures the stability of anti-collapse control, and online automation is realized. The temperature control table operation interface is humanized design, which is convenient to adjust and easy to observe. The whole system is highly automatic and sensitive, specially designed for aluminum measurement.
