Use of mica tube

The mica tube is made of high-quality peeled mica, muscovite paper or phlogopite mica paper with appropriate adhesives (or mica paper bonded to a single-sided reinforcing material) and bonded and rolled into a rigid tubular insulating material. It has good electrical insulation properties and high mechanical strength, and is suitable for insulation of electrode rods or outlet bushings in various electrical appliances, motors, electric furnaces and other equipment.

The mica tube is divided into muscovite tube and phlogopite tube. It is made of 501, 502 mica paper and organic silica gel rolled at high temperature, and the temperature is 850-1000℃. The mica tube made by Luoyang Songdao has a length of 10-1000mm and an inner diameter of 8-300mm. The quality is stable. Mica tubes of special specifications can be made according to the drawings provided by the user. (For example, slotting, bonding, etc.).
