Failure caused by improper use of induction heating equipment

1. Fault phenomenon: After turning on the panel power switch, the panel “power” indicator does not light up

possible reason:

1. Poor contact of the panel power switch

2. The fuse on the middle board is blown

Solution:

1. Close and open again, repeat several times

2. Replace the fuse

Note: This phenomenon will occur when the power switch is used for a long time or the power switch is used too frequently. If necessary, please ask a professional electrician to replace the power switch of the same model.

2. Failure phenomenon: After turning on the panel power switch, the panel “water pressure” indicator light is on

Possible cause: the cooling water is not turned on or the water pressure is too low

Solution:

1. Turn on the cooling water

2. Increase the water pressure

3. Trouble phenomenon: After stepping on the foot switch, the “work” indicator does not light up

possible reason:

1. The foot switch lead wire falls off

2. The AC contactor is not closed or the contacts are in poor contact

3. Poor sensor contact

Solution:

1. Reduce the number of inductor turns

2. Restart to work normally

3. Grinding or pickling at the joint

4. Contact the maintenance personnel
