1. When the high-temperature muffle furnace is working, the workpiece must be taken out carefully to avoid burns due to excessive temperature; pay attention to the load capacity of the workpiece in the furnace not to be greater than the furnace bottom plate.

2. At the beginning of use, the operator must first check whether there are iron filings and other residual items in the high-temperature muffle furnace. If they are found, they must be cleaned to avoid short circuit when the iron filings fall. .

3. The temperature should be raised and lowered regularly according to the changing requirements of the workpiece; in order to ensure that the workpiece can be effectively burned in the furnace, do not open the door casually during the operation;

4. The workpiece put into the furnace and the thermocouple inserted into the furnace should not touch; the high-temperature muffle furnace should be inspected and repaired on time.
