This product is made of glass fiber filaments impregnated with epoxy resin matrix by high temperature pultrusion. The product has: light weight, stable mechanical properties, excellent insulation properties, and can cover a voltage range of 10kV-1000kV. The product’s tensile performance is particularly outstanding, and its tensile strength reaches 1360Mpa or above, which greatly exceeds the tensile strength of No. 45 precision cast steel, which is 570Mpa. It provides a reliable basis for the comprehensive dielectric properties of composite insulators. The FR4 epoxy rods produced by the company include four series of products: ordinary insulator core rods, high temperature resistant insulator core rods, acid-resistant insulator core rods, and high-resistant insulator core rods.
