How to lubricate different industrial chillers

According to the characteristics of the compressor structure, the industrial chiller refrigeration equipment can be lubricated differently.

1. Oil drop lubrication method

Use the oil cup and pipeline to send the oil to the machine, and refuel there, or refuel in time.

2. Pressure lubrication

In large and medium-sized crosshead compressors, the lubricating pressure lubrication parts are automatically lubricated by the machine.

3. Jet lubrication

The fuel injector draws gas into the cylinder and lubricates other lubricating parts such as ultra-slider compressors, high-pressure compressors, and screw compressors through injection.

4. Oil ring lubrication

The rotating shaft is used to drive the oil ring mounted on the shaft. The oil ring brings the oil in the oil tank to the bearing and enters the circulation lubrication.

5. Splash lubrication

The rod installed on the connecting rod splashes oil into various lubricating parts, so the cylinder and the motion mechanism can only use the same lubricating oil. This method is mainly used for small compressors without crossheads. However, oil is not easy to filter and operate, so the oil level of industrial chillers must be strictly controlled.
