Introduction to the function of the expansion valve of the chiller
Water chiller is a kind of large-scale refrigeration equipment, generally used in production, and is widely used in food processing, electroplating, injection molding and other industries.
The refrigeration system of the chiller contains four main components: expansion valve, compressor, evaporator, and condenser.
The chiller manufacturers have many years of experience in the production, manufacturing and sales of chillers, including water-cooled chillers, air-cooled chillers, and screw chillers.
Water dispensers and screw ice water dispensers are our main products, and many customers come here in particular.
This time, the chiller manufacturer will introduce the main functions of the expansion valve in the chiller.
1. The expansion valve of the chiller is composed of three parts: a valve body, a balance pipe and a temperature sensor.
2. The temperature sensing bulb in the expansion valve of the chiller is located on the outlet pipe of the evaporator, and its main function is to sense the temperature of the outlet pipe of the evaporator;
3. The balance pipe in the expansion valve of the chiller is not far from the temperature sensing bulb, and is connected with the valve body through a small pipe, in order to transmit the actual pressure at the outlet of the evaporator and seek balance.
The superheat of the expansion valve should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that enough refrigerant enters the evaporator and prevent liquid refrigerant from entering the compressor. The above is about the function introduction of the expansion valve of the chiller.
