Clay refractory bricks for hot blast stove

Clay bricks for hot blast stoves should be made of refractory clay as raw materials for wall-laying blast furnaces and hot blast stoves. Clay bricks for hot blast stoves are used for hot blast stoves, heat storage rooms and partition walls. Clay bricks for hot blast stoves are specified to have strong thermal shock resistance, high temperature when the load becomes soft, and low stress relaxation.

(1) When the total width of the spall does not exceed 0.25mm, the length is not limited;

(2) When the total spall width is 0.26～0.50mm, the length should not exceed 30mm;

(3) Spalls are prohibited when the total width exceeds 0.50mm.
