The copper tube bright annealing production line is suitable for on-line annealing of high-speed rail ground wires. It uses medium-frequency induction heating equipment. The annealing temperature and cable feed speed are adjusted according to the user’s process requirements to meet the production requirements and the performance requirements of the cable after annealing.

The copper tube bright annealing production line is designed and manufactured according to the mechatronics structure. The equipment has complete safety protection measures, such as water shortage protection, phase lack protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, and high water temperature protection. There is an audible and visual alarm device for faults. The equipment is configured with sufficient power margin to ensure continuous and stable production of the equipment for 24 hours. All exposed conductors are installed in the electric control box with a lock, and there are eye-catching safety reminders to avoid unsafe accidents such as electric shock. Each interlocking device can avoid damage to equipment or cables due to manual misoperation. The equipment is designed so that the equipment can be started only when there is a cable in the annealing furnace. When there is no cable in the induction furnace, the equipment will automatically stop, and the equipment cannot be started either manually or automatically. The equipment can only be restarted after a manual reset.
