According to the furnace temperature, it is mixed with a proper amount of mineralizer in the material and mixed according to the ideal ratio of the proprietary particle size design. It has strong acid slag resistance and can be used to smelt a series of metals such as pig iron, ductile iron gray iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper and aluminum. .

The material basically expands at 1200-1400°C. The volume change above this temperature is very small. The thermal stability and resistance to molten iron leakage are very good. Its load softening temperature is high, impact resistance is strong, and molten iron corrosion resistance. When the temperature is 1780℃C, the volume not only does not shrink, but also expands slightly. It has good high temperature stability, and it can be made without cracking and without wearing the furnace. For a well-sintered quartz sand furnace lining, due to the slow transformation of quartz, the expansion and contraction of the furnace lining are relatively stable, and the loss is extremely slow, thereby greatly improving the service life of the furnace lining.

The material expands slightly when working, and changes little when it shrinks when cooled, that is, it has a very good resistance to chilling and heat. It has many advantages such as enhanced hot metal corrosion resistance, extreme cold and extreme heat resistance, high softness, strong impact resistance, high load softening temperature, compressive and high temperature strength, high temperature flexural strength, slag resistance, etc.

Especially suitable for intermittent operation of large-scale intermediate frequency electric furnace.
