Preparation method of mica paper hydraulic pulping method

The technological process of the hydraulic pulping method is: separation of broken mica (removal of impurities)-water separation-hydraulic pulping-hydrocyclone classification-dehydration and concentration.

The hydraulic pulping method uses high-pressure jet water to strip the mica flakes into small scales in a special cavity, and then perform mineral processing to separate the mica flakes suitable for papermaking. This kind of hydraulic pulping method is also called the raw method. Natural mica paper made from mica pulp made by this method is called raw mica paper, or raw paper for short.

The hydraulic pulping system is composed of a circulating water tank, a high-pressure water pump, a feeder, a thickening and grading screen, a hydraulic classifier, and a hydraulic pulping machine.
