What tools are used for temperature uniformity measurement of high-temperature box-type resistance furnace?

(1) It is best to use the same type of thermocouple for testing and control thermocouples, and they must be verified in accordance with the verification procedures and can be used after the verification is qualified. The deviation value of the measuring thermocouple and the standard thermocouple will be used in the calculation of the uniform temperature of the high-temperature box-type resistance furnace, and the measured temperature values of each point should be corrected with these differences.

(2) Furnace temperature control instrument can be used with the equipment’s own control instrument, and it must be verified in accordance with the verification regulations, and can be used after the verification is qualified.

(3) The measurement of the thermoelectric potential of each thermocouple arranged in the furnace of the high-temperature box-type resistance furnace is recorded with the same digital 24-channel recorder with an accuracy of at least 0.05 and higher indication accuracy.
